Ashley specializes in acquisitions, sales, leasing, portfolio management, and commercial real estate development. Haliyah was a driven Commercial Real Estate Intern with the CREEA Mentorship Program. She remained eager and shadowed beyond the 6-week program. Recognized as our Rising Real Estate Intern, she excelled in every experience, building skills in client relations, market research, and business development. A graduate of Allen University with a B.S. in Sports Management (3.75 GPA), Haliyah built a strong foundation in property valuation and real estate investment strategies.

Ghazaleh joined the CREEA Mentorship Program as an international intern based in Italy. She holds a dual master’s degree in Finance and Economics and is recognized for her strong attention to detail and professionalism. With a particular interest in development projects, Ghazaleh was exceptionally passionate about opportunities in mixed-use development and financial analysis.
